Boutique Dress - NWOT

Purchased online from The Mason Jar Boutique Never worn - was shipped without tags Dress is darling. Very fun with a slit on the leg. Cute midi style. Back has smocking which allows for stretch in breast area. Straps have an elastic which allows for stretch and comfort. Honestly think this dress is so cute but I haven’t worn it yet and am trying to make room in my closet. Kelly green with white polka dots. Has a ruffle detail of straps and top hem. At the breast area the measurement is 16 1/2” across (there is smocking which would allow this to expand) At smallest point, at waist the measurement is 15” From top hem to bottom the measurement is 41” Please see photos that show how I measured.
