Boutique Chevron 14W dress

This dress is so versatile! great for church, date night, brunch, or a party. It has an open arm detail which adds a little fun to the dress. The tag says 14W and I believe a 14 or 16 could wear this. The only problem is I found the arms to be a little tight.
