gvictoria922 @jenteza so sorry! I got caught up in weekend “to dos”. The waist laying flat is 15”, so 30” waste. The length goes below the knee. I am going to attach another picture, so you can see it better.

The price is right though. I’m waiting for some funds to come in and will probably purchase it in the coming days just to have as back up. gvictoria922 @jenteza of course. Let me know if I can get you any more details. I know color can be tricky to see with pictures. The color is more true to the bluer pictures. The ones I recently posted it makes it look darker and more navy because of the lighting. But it is more of a royal blue.
