Blue crushed velvet mini skater party dress with back cutout. Originally a Made in USA boutique dress size L, which I tailored down to a size M. Garment measurements in photos. Length from shoulder to hem is 34". Waist is 13" flat but fits a 28-30" natural waist because it is elastic. pit-to-pit flat is 15" and fits a 34B bra size. Zip back covers most bra clasps.
