What do the handles measure? Are they long enough to wear the purse over the shoulder? Thank you.

The total strap length is 16 inches. The drop length from the center is about 8 inches.
I used the straps as more of a top handle or dangle on my inner elbow. Although I suppose it could be worn on the shoulder depending on your proportions.
