This is a cream color zip up and the whole front is speckled in rhinestones, they reflect rainbows and they are different sizes.The sleeves and bottom have a ribbed cuff, The sleeves can be rolled up or worn all the way down. There are some very light discolored spots on inside of sleeves / cuffs. The body, collar and everything else is perfect, just the sleeves. The owner uses a wheel chair.
