Boston Proper bell-sleeve tunic/dress black & cream size L

Super fun Thrifted top tunic (or maybe a dress for the super daring! 😉 Really good condition— on one shoulder, the interior tack stitching to hold the hem down has come loose, but I think it should stay fine with a gentle press or even a few hand sewn stitches. Hidden back zipper and darts make it nicely tailored.
