Boston Proper Strapless Ruffle High-Low Dress

This black cotton/spandex dress provides stretch and has boning support from waist to bust. Rubber strip at bust to help hold up dress. The big ruffles are a show stopper. Wrinkly in the photos but a quick ironing/steaming will smooth things out. Worn 1x. Excellent condition, no rips, no stains.
