lindsey__rosee @adalynnbrewster it depends where you place the elastic around the waist- you can sinch that up so the top is more baggy or you can pull it down. The length from the top to the bottom of the shorts is 28 inches. The length from the elastic around the waist to the bottom of the shorts is about 13.5 inches
