Bose over ear noise cancellation wireless headphones

Over the ear… Perfect working condition but the foam on the ears is starting to go. Noise canceling options and phone call options, Bluetooth, adjustable head piece. They fold but I no longer have the case. Compare to over 400 dollars brand new.
