Bose Acoustic Wave music system CD-3000 grey radio works CD PLAYER DOES NOT WORK

As stated in the title, the radio works perfectly, but the CD player will spin for a second and then stop. From the research I’ve done on these, I believe the issue is the optical pickup laser head lens, which probably needs replaced (this might not be the issue, total guess as I’ve tried resetting it, cleaning it, and trying multiple different CDs). I’m sure for the right person, this is an easy fix. It’s a beautiful system with great sound. Discontinued system. Comes with remote! The outside does have some scratches and normal wear from age and use.
