This is the Pina Tank from Born Primitive. Like many of my other pieces, I didn't wear this tank much because I bought it around the time I lost a lot of weight, so it ended up not fitting a few months after I bought it. It's in great condition still because of that. I didn't find it to be as supportive as some of their other bras, so I ended up wearing more for athleisure than working out.
