these are brand new with tags never worn born gray leather ankle boots made by Born . a very quality shoemaker. Born has excellent shoes and boots that really last. I probably have six pairs of Born shoes in my wardrobe. very cute with probably a 1 inch heel. comes with original box. a gift for my daughter that did not fit and we missed the return window. we have not treated these with any leather products they are original from the manufacturer.

justine_nyquist Hi! I have to wear custom orthotics so sometimes I have to size up to 9 for them to fit. Do these have removable insoles? Do they have a little wiggle room or are they true to the 8.5?

celeste999 @justine_nyquist hi Justine. I will check when I get home from work tonight. I also have to wear custom orthotics. I have inserts for all of my shoes and boots. I will take a picture of the insert if there is one and the inside of the boot and send it to you.

celeste999 @justine_nyquist Hi Justine. the boots do have an insole unfortunately it doesn't come out. it seems to be glued down. I didn't want to pull at it. the insole seems to be kind of like a very thin memory foam. I'm not sure if you could pull it out and put your own inserts in or if you could just put your inserts on top of this one. I tried putting my inserts in and they fit. I would say they are a true eight and a half. I wear a size 8 and these are quite roomy for me.
