High neck dress with ruffles. Yellow, pink, orange, and green with flowers, lemons, and oranges. Floor length. Comes with removable belt. UK 8, fits like a US size 2/4. I am a true size 2 and it fits well with a bit of room but I probably couldn’t have sized down. I had 2 inches hemmed off the bottom - I am 5’5” and it is still floor length with 2 inch heels. Completely sold out!
