lynnchilds372 Cool Watch you know we must have the same type taste 👅 I guess that is a 😜 Tongue haha… Well back to my Disease on some says I normal but only for a few hours then I crash, the neck spasms happen when I sit down certain angles it’s like a wracheted muscles 💪 stretched until I cry 😿 out in pain then I take muscle relaxers to calm it down . I am on as much pain pills as allowed by LAW….they used to be kept
