sonjasashaniko @jbowdish this recently happened to me despite asking if boots had any scuff marks- I went ahead and gave the benefit of the doubt , since i knew the item was used and gave seller a few tips about selling in this venue. I hope you resolve this issue😢

modefm @mommyrose the issue was (kinda) taken care of I never took her money but I also never got the boots back😕 so don't worry I learned my lesson I know for sure I never wore the boots but I did have them in my closet for a super long time, I have learned to pay more attention on the description of my merchandise.
