shopmyclosetsj @boutiquehouston Hi! I used them like rain boots, my feet never got wet in them, but because the back part is a fabric I’m not sure if they’re technically rain boots. I wore them out in a field at doggy daycare and they worked fine for me! I hope this helps ❤️❤️
