Boot Sock Toppers (NWT)

Women's, cream (acrylic material, I think), sock topper or peeper. Can be used with short or tall boots. Meant to be worn over pant leg and "peep" over top of boot. Cute look. No tags but never worn. FYI: boot in pictures NOT included.
