Boohoo Toile Ruffle Romper

Reposhing this item I purchased from @anniegracei. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Sleeves are a bit tight especially right one. Can be stretched out probably since it’s elastic. I have big arms so it’s not good for me Questions? Leave a comment below!
