BooHoo Plus Long-Sleeved Dot Dress

- NWT - I'm a size 20 and this was too big for me in the waist. The waist is a shirred elastic and stretches all the way up to around 31 inches across. The rest of the dress is a sheer non-stretch fabric, but with a stretch poly lining underneath.
