Bonwit Teller was an upscale NYC based department store from 1895-2000. Here is one of their vintage genuine fur hats that was popular during the mid-century era. I measured 21" around the inside band. I am not sure what type of fur it is. It feels coarser than mink. Please comment on what you think it is. In great condition. The threading from the tag is coming out. It should probably be cleaned...there are some fuzzies in the fur you can see better in the video. Otherwise, it is in great condition.
