Lace up closure combined with Velcro keeps these shoes tidy on your feet. You can use them with flat pedals by leaving the cleat pocket cover on. Upper are a mix of durable closed mesh and manmade rubberized reinforcements for extra durability and toe protection. Very good all around mountain bike shoes. Women's Size 7.5. Just cleaned, no smells, very good shape with only minor cosmetic wear. Cleats included. These shoes don't have the insoles but you can add any regular insole.
