The skirt is more than a full circle. Excellent quality crisp poplin fabric. I am wearing a size 8 in black in the pic. I had to have it altered and customized to fit the bust, since there is no stretch. An insert was added in the bodice in the front to make bust bigger and a matching trim along the front.
