Bomber jacket

Light bomber style jacket / windbreaker. I bought this secondhand a while ago and the tags were removed when I got it so I don’t know the brand / material but it feels like a very soft sueded material on the outside and jersey/ cotton lined inside. Arms are black and body is beige/ tan color locked. Previous seller called it vintage. Previous seller said it fits like a men’s larger size L or smaller XL but I am not familiar with men’s sizing so I’m not sure. I added measurements in photos as shown. I think this is an awesome jacket but it’s a bit too big for me / sleeves are too long so I’m hoping to pass it on! I am typically a women’s size medium, 5’4” for reference. I see a couple tiny spots / stains on the back and there’s a stain inside as shown in the last couple of photos
