Bold Red and Navy Blue high-low strapless sweetheart neckline dress

This is a high-low strapless sweetheart neckline dress with pockets in bright red and navy blue. It has nice sized pockets for a cell phone or wallet. The material is light machine washable cotton. I wore it to a marine corps ball and it was a real hit, but I can no longer wear it after putting on COVID weight. It’s a custom but basically a size 14.
