Bojo hippie style shirt size med nepal

Real nice shirt from Nepal and a size large. However i'm calling it a size medium because I think they run small. The chest is 38 inches and stretches out about 6 inches more so depending on if you want to wear your shirt, tight or loose. Is smoke free environment
