donna_hart @family_good Well shoot lol... I've gained so much weight since my back has got so bad. May have to have surgery, but I'm trying to avoid it. Back issues are no fun lemme tell you. I use to wear 6/7 in dresses & 9/10's in jeans. Ugh it can be depressing! I can't bend & move certain ways to exercise like I need to lol. Still gonna try to lose tho. I know I can do it! donna_hart @family_good Oh goodness I'm so sorry hun... Is he ok now? My dad had to have triple bypass years ago, but he did good after. Then later in the years both the arteries in his neck became blocked so bad that he wasn't getting oxygen to his brain & so they went in one side to clean ithout and a very small piece of plaque broke off & went to his brain causing a major stroke. We had him a little longer & kept him at home, but he coukdnt walk, talk (except slurred). He finally passed not long after.

donna_hart @family_good Life's hard sometimes. Losing loved ones is never easy & leaves a big empty spot in your heart. I miss him & my mother too. But mom lived til she was like 88 I believe & passed away while taking her daily nap. They say it was painless & I'm so glad. But Lord knows I miss her horribly! It's been almost 5 yrs now & just a few months back it crossed my mind to call her and wham! It hit me like a ton of bricks!
