Boho style tunic or dress sz 3x

Beautiful dress or could be worn as a tunic top, boho/peasant style, brand new with tags, size 3x, 2 tassels at neck line, can be tied or left open, bell sleeves, red, white & 2 shades of blue with a hint of purple - fits as expected unless you are like me with bigger arms, was a little tight over my arms. Great paired with leggings, jeans or alone if you're shorter. This can be worn year around! I would keep it if it fit me. It's beautiful!
