Boho strapless maxi dress

Really pretty strapless maxi dress with a keyhole cutout in the front and an open back. There’s a silicone strip across the top of the bust to keep it from slipping down, and a smocked back panel, so you could wear a strapless bra with it if you want. I feel like it runs a little small, more like juniors sizing. Bought at Nordstrom years ago and haven’t worn it since that summer. 16.5” flat across chest 12.5” waist 49” length 40.5” from waist down. All measured without stretching the fabric
