Boho palm print W118 pencil skirt

Amazing and unique W118 by Walter Baker pencil skirt. Green with palm print. Used condition - no major flaws but some of the fabric is out of sorts on waistband. I feel like this runs smaller than the labeled size 4 - please see photos of measurements.
