Boho floral midi dress with ruffle detail

Beautiful, elegant, boho style midi dress with ruffle detail. Material is polyester, I think, but feels nice, soft, and flowy. Looks like photo. Color is a soft sky blue. It should fit up to a size 12. Measured flat, armpit to armpit is 17", then tapers into about 15" at the empire waistline. Shoulder to hem is about 43". I purchased a while ago but never wore it, only tried it on.
