Boho cowl front strap back dress

Never worn but I know this just needs to find the right home to be loved. It has a fun and flirty neck and back detail with the cowl accents. The back has a strap running across the top of the shoulder blade area. Also note the cute lace shoulder details! The dress was purchased at a boutique but the brand is Peppermint.
