Boho Vntg. It’s A Lehigh Womens Cap sleeve Dress

Super boho beautiful flowy dress, excellent condition, no flaws! Tag says Sz 14 but I feel like it would fit a 10/12 or smaller better in my opinion. Has elastic waist and tie. Measurements are pictured. The hooks of the dress do not have the eyes but they hook into provided threads and word great!
