@sosborne2 Hi, size 1X laying flat is 13” under the bust so circumference is 26” but it has ample stretch because of the elastic band in the back.
Size 2X is 14” Side to side. And 28 circumference. Please let me know if you need any assistance. Happy to help. Thank you.
