(No actual tag attached to the item, info is on the bag. 2XL length 34in (86cm) elastic waist 29-37in (74-94cm) hips 56in (142.0cm) Light weight 100% polyester. Ruffled hem. Purchased from Faire, a China based company, so it's easier for me to cut my losses and try to sell it. There is nothing wrong with it, I just do not like it for myself. It's a very cute skirt. No flaws, tears or damage noted
