Navy with white Boho designs. Romper has a tie waist, elastic waist & 3/4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs. Can be worn off or on the shoulders. The leg has a cute little ruffle at the bottom. Length of shorts is appx. 12 inches from waist, shoulder to waist is appx. 18 inches.
