Super fun spring/summer dress in a beautiful cobalt blue, black, white, abstract patchwork pattern with functional drawstring at the waist has two tassels at the end, pretty butterfly sleeve and tie at the neck as well. Both are functional and both have all the tassels bit of a high low hem estimate to be a size medium. It came from my best friends closet, excellent condition no label. I think it’s 100% rayon. No labels no shoulder pads no pockets no zipper It can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. There’s a little bit of fraying at the waist on the back waist.
