Fully lined in royal blue. Ruffle over bust. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Elasticized waist. Would be gorgeous with a big floppy hat and boots! Bohemian, retro, hippie vibe is perfect for warm weather activities: festivals, concerts, picnics, church, beach, summer wedding, etc... Both the body and lining are 100% Polyester (exclusive of elastic). Excellent pre-owned condition. I don't remember wearing this, but while I see the size/fabric tag, I don't see washing instructions. Tag reads Size XL (16-18).
