Boho Folk Art Fused Glass Cross Necklace

I think I bought this is early to mid 1990s. I first thought it was painted glass, but after researching, I believe it to be fused glass. Design is on both sides of cross. When I shot an ECU of the chain, I noticed there are some oxidized areas. As a vintage piece, It does not detract. The connecting finding on the cross also shows some corrosion.
