Does the steering wheel cover move?

@ashley35794 I'm not sure, I have never used them. It's a pretty good fit on my SUV steering wheel. If you are worried about it moving, it's probably really simple to take some yarn and weave together the inner ends to close it up and make tighter... if that makes sense.
