Boho Black Skirt

Sweet, knee length, hip-hugging skirt. Nylon base with lacey overlay. Fitted but stretchy, with a light ruffle at the bottom and cute trim. Great skirt for a wide variety of occasions. Elastic waist, about 28”Tag says L, but true fit is size 4-6.
