Boho Bell Sleeve Tunic Dress

Beautiful colorful printed long sleeve mini dress with velvet ribbon neck tie from Anthropologie. Excellent condition. Fits like a 0-2 Petite. Short length would be perfect as a dress on a shorter frame, but I am 5’6” and I wear this as a tunic over pants. It’s also a bit small in my shoulders, which are on the broad side.
