Bohme Black Floral Puff Sleeve Peplum

Cute slightly puffed sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Smocked back. Length is short but not completely cropped. Tiny tear at the sleeve but can be sewn up quickly and doesn’t affect the structure. A few loose threads throughout that can be clipped off.
