Bohemian crinkled gold tank dress with mesh/applique topper for summer parties

This is a completely unique dress by a designer in Baltimore. It is a crinkled gold tank dress with tulle flower appliques, topped by a loose black mesh overdress with a cowl neck and wildly colorful gold embroidery, lace, sequins, and burgundy floral applique. The dress is marked XL but was sold as "one size." It is polyester. The dress measures 26" pit to pit (it is supposed to be loose) and is 52" long. Sadly, there is a 1 inch stain near the neckline, but it is completely covered by the topper. The tag of the dress is a bit yellowed. This is why the discount is so deep. This dress was worn only once, for a glorious occasion. In the words of the late great David Johansen, it's funky but chic.
