Bohemian brown cotton flare skirt

100% cotton, 2 layers. Total length is 31” (I’m 5’3” and the hem hits just below the calf muscle) Waist is elastic. When laid flat it’s 16.5”, and when stretched it reaches 22” Starts out close to the body (not much give). Hip area measures 22”. Slight flare begins at 16” from top of waist. Full width of bottom hem when laid flat: 53” I don’t remember what I originally bought it for so just listing for a fair price. Looks really cute with a pair of cowgirl boots!
