emmyloohoo317 @ramajade I believe so, it has good stretch but was too big for me, I wear an XS normally and this was too loose to be high waisted on me.

emmyloohoo317 @ramajade hi! I am so sorry I promise I haven’t forgotten! I couldn’t find my measuring tape, but I hope this helps - it has a good amount of stretch, and my hips are 32 and it was flowy around the hip, and my low waist (where it sat) was 24, with some minor gapping in the back. If you’re a 2-6 this will definitely fit you!
