Soo first of all the tag says 2. I will not list it at size 2. I wear size L mostly and this dress fits good. Sleeves naturally fall. I believe it is suppose to be bare shoulder. Im 5'8" it hits at knee. Small, medium and Large can wear this dress.

Pure Energy is a plus size brand that went under about a decade ago. A size 2 was the equivalent to a 2X (hence the 2). Sounds like this particular piece ran a bit small, however, which they sometimes did. It looks super cute!
