What's the length? And what is the material?

Well the dress goes at a slant so from the top of the strap to the end of the skirt on the left side it is 30" inches long on the right side from the top of the strap to end of the skirt its 33" and as for material I didn't see that tag and its a funny thing cause all my hippie clothes that has the same material doesn't have the tags to tell u what it is either so I wonder if that's a thing with this type of clothes. It's soft not ruff material Flowy kind of
