There were chunks of material missing under the handle holders (the “b” button that spins). In addition the bag arrived dirty. Super disappointing to receive a defective bag. Just want to make sure this bag has no defects. Thanks!!!

upcyclethrift @makeupurmind Bogg does not make an XL. They only make a Large (which is the original) and the Baby (which is the small). The Boggs pictured here are all Large. The measurements provided are for smalls or (baby Boggs). I purchased a Large yellow Bogg from you almost 2 weeks ago (yes I know shipping would take a while), however there seems to be some confusion with sizing - as there is no XL. I’m expecting a large on the mail. If that is not received, it will be coming back unfortunately.
