Depicted in realistic detail are a pair of Robins, the heralds of spring, in a familiar spring setting of beautiful daffodils. This will be a stunning addition to your decorative plate collection. Even better, it is Lenox china, which means it can be used as a dinner plate or serving plate. Robinds are indigenous to most of the US and are the state bird of Connecticut, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
The plate is heavily edged in 24 K gold with an intricate gold border design that extends 1.5" into the plate. This is the eighth in the Boehm Birds series.
Measures 10.5" in diameter
EXCELLENT condition. No chips or grazing. Lenox quality is shown in that the gold is even repeated on the rim of the reverse side of the plate, and all the information on the plate is also written in gold.
